Our residence is the only VIP residence in Kyiv and its suburbs notable for its high level of services and comfort. In large bathrooms in every room you will find branded set of bathroom accessories and hairdryer. Hermetic windows, ideal order in rooms and corridors of the residence will protect you from vanity of outside world. Hot water and electricity are supplied trouble-freely thanks to our own backup systems of water and electricity supply.

We service our rooms 24hours. You may use fax, email, order taxi, book tickets to any theatre, tables in restaurants, get help at information desk. If agreed in advance we will arrange for you transfer and excursions around Kyiv.

In our comfortable restaurant you will be offered Ukrainian and European cuisines. You may order breakfast or dinner to your room, having chosen any dish from menu. In our bar you may relax with pleasure and order alcohol drinks, cocktails, juices and the best coffee.

To your services there is a meeting room for 10 people on the first floor of the residence. The room is equipped with high-speed Internet and with all necessary facilities for every businessman.

Swimming pool with water heating, geyser, built in hot whirlpool, Finnish sauna, massage services will make your rest in our residence unforgettable. Notwithstanding either you come in business or just to get rest, you will feel as at home. You may pay for staying in cash or by bank transfer or credit/debit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). You will get quickly to the hotel from the airport "Boryspil” (4 km) due to a comfortable location of our residence and also without any problem travel by the best highway “Kyiv-Boryspil”
